I thought I wouldn`t need an automated booking system but when I saw this one it looked interesting. It was easy enough to get started and takes calls and handles enquiries for me when I am on the road with a student. These days, I never lose a booking through missing a call.
Before I used to have to answer every call and it would interrupt lessons. If I need to change anything I can get back to the customer at a more appropriate time. So I would definitely say that it`s more polite than taking calls during lessons and a safer way of dealing with telephone enquiries and saves me repeating the same old questions and information.
