My Restaurant booking system

When we decided to invest in a booking system we thought it might help a bit with bookings but its been a great tool in many other ways suh as when budgeting or looking at the business overall, there are many different ways the booking system presents information so we can see what`s working and what is not.  

My staff are better organised now they are not answering calls, and the booking system is useful for contacting customers with new deals too. So when we have a Tapas Night, or a special offer for Mothers Day or a half price drinks offer for instance, we can email everyone on our contact list and it really does stimulate bookings. 

I`m happy with the booking system and the company were very helpful setting it up and training everyone to use it (which didn`t take long) and ongoing support with the couple of issues we have had was very good.
